About
Founded in 2008, Dave Osato took his passion and hobby for welding into a small shop that finds itself busy creating projects from security bars for retail and office spaces, custom furniture, motorcycle frames, display and clothing racks to custom art pieces. Welding for Dave started in his teenage years keeping busy in his high school shop. Dave then went on to pursue a career as professional BMX stunt rider and took his knowledge of welding into fixing and fabricating custom bike parts for himself and fellow friends. The process of taking raw metal through the welding process to create endless possibilities has always fascinated Dave and each project he undertakes has always and continues to be a challenge.

Based in Vancouver BC, DTO Welding and Fabrication specializes in custom metal fabrication. Servicing a diverse range of clients, DTO Fabrication takes pride in the quality and workmanship for each commissioned project. With a range of capabilities, previous jobs have included working with aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel using GAS, ARC, MIG and TIG welding processes. A strong focus for DTO Fabrication is to work closely with the client from concept to creation. This process allows flexibility ensuring the needs of the client are continuously met and expectations are exceeded.
